Numinous created a brand design for venture capital fund company – Treverge
With a four-sector label representing the atmosphere, ocean, nature, and orbital systems.
Treverge, a $120 million venture capital fund, has hired Numinous Agency to create a comprehensive brand identity framework to transform its positioning in the climate capital landscape.

Treverge provides A Series funding of $10 million to $25 million to companies that are building planetary-scale infrastructure for the atmosphere, oceans, nature, and space. Unlike typical climate venture capital firms, Treverge operates under a 15-year fund structure, specifically designed for companies that take 7-10 years to reach significant scale.


The brand identity challenge was clear: to stand out from Treverge in a crowded climate venture capital market dominated by generic sustainability messaging and “accessible” positioning. Treverge needed to attract technical operators who had built infrastructure before raising capital, rather than founders looking for a quick exit.
The positioning strategy developed by Numinous Agency focused on “Earth Systems Capital” – a deliberate shift from climate technology buzzwords to technical rigor and systems thinking.
Numinous Agency created a comprehensive brand identity that includes a four-sector geometric mark representing the interconnected systems of atmosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere, and orbit in which Treverge invests.
The visual system features a bold, systematic colour palette that deliberately departs from the muted earth tones typical of climate branding, using sage greens, teals, corals, and accent yellows taken from Earth system phenomena.
The typography uses the Geist style for technical precision and Swiss clarity. The full brand identity system includes logo design, typography, color palette, image direction, copywriting, and responsive website design.


The venture capital brand identity positions Treverge as a way to find the right founders, not a broad audience. Every touchpoint of the brand reinforces a core insight: infrastructure measured in gigatons and terawatts requires patient capital, structured for decades, not quarters.
The result is a brand identity system as systematic and precise as the planetary infrastructure it represents, successfully differentiating Treverge in the venture capital market.
