Adidas has released its first ‘World Cup’ ad
If Adidas wanted to capture the attention of the football world before the World Cup, it undoubtedly did.
Adidas has released its first “2026 World Cup” commercial ahead of next year’s tournament in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and it’s not bad. “La Preparacíon Americana” was directed by “Stink Films” Eoin Glaister and stars soccer royalty playing in an unlikely setting.
Lionel Messi hits a ball down a bowling alley, Lamine Yamal rides a mechanical horse, and Florian Wirtz competes against Canadian hockey players and a group of Mexican hockey coaches using Julian Nagelsmann’s unconventional training methods.
