Adidas ‘World Cup 26’ pet kits released
Team jerseys are no longer just for fans in the stands. Adidas now makes them for other people's friends, too.
The sportswear giant Adidas has unveiled a FIFA World Cup 2026 pet collection featuring scaled-down home jerseys for four national teams – Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Japan. Designed for dogs and cats, the apparel looks just like the official players’ uniforms.

The collection is scheduled to launch on May 1st, 2026, in select global markets.

Each shirt replicates the visual DNA of its size counterparts. The Argentine design features recognizable sky blue stripes, while the Mexican version is green with red accents. The Colombian outfit features the traditional yellow with red and blue details, while the Japanese version is blue with white stripes and red accents.
The look is consistent with the human-sized counterparts, retaining the same emblems, color schemes, and branding placement seen on the pitch.

However, there is a difference in the way the clothes are made. Instead of a rigid construction, pet clothing is designed to allow for movement, with flexible details, ribbed collars, and lightweight fabrics that ensure comfort. Logos and federation crests are attached using heat transfer methods rather than embroidery, thus reducing bulk and making the shirts easier for animals to wear.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. As one of FIFA’s long-term partners, adidas aims to engage even more spectators with this collection.
