‘Fortnite’ returns to Google Play outside the US
Battle Royale, Blitz Royale, Zero Height, "same as before," and custom map modes will be available.
The official Fortnite account X has announced that Fortnite will return to Google Play globally on March 19th 2026. The announcement follows the recent news that the legal battle between Google and Epic Games has ended.

“Fortnite will soon return to the Google Play Store globally. The Epic Games Store will continue to support Android globally, along with Windows and Mac, and later in 2026, installation on Android will become much easier.”
The exact regions where Fortnite will return to Google Play on March 19th have not yet been announced. Previously, the game was only available in the United States since December of last year.
Additionally, on launch day, Fortnite will kick off a new Showdown season centered around the Founder vs. Ice King. It was also previously announced that Epic Games is reducing the amount of V-Bucks in Fortnite bundles.
