Heathrow Airport’s beloved plush travelers are back. Doris and Edward Bair, the beloved teddy bear couple who first captivated audiences in the 2016 airport holiday advert, are back with a new campaign called ‘Must be Love’.

The advert captures the emotional warmth of their previous appearances, while highlighting the convenience and comfort of today’s travel.

The Bears’ adventures begin in Heathrow Airport’s futuristic capsule parking lot, where autonomous electric buses whisk passengers from the lot to the terminal in just minutes. Edward and Doris set off on their journey again – and while Edward’s charming clumsiness makes Doris laugh, Heathrow’s innovative services and helpful staff ensure their journey is smooth from start to finish.

The campaign is currently running on video-on-demand, social media, print and in airports, with a second phase planned for 2026 to coincide with peak travel periods. The return of Doris and Edward is more than just heartwarming. It’s a gentle reminder that even the most mundane parts of a journey can feel different when you’re not alone.
