Huawei reveals the design of ‘Pura X Max,’ its new foldable phone
The smartphone will be unveiled on April 20.
In the spring of 2025, Huawei released the foldable Pura X with an unusual 16:10 aspect ratio. Similar “opening” cases are expected this year from Apple and Samsung, and Huawei itself is preparing to release a second-generation Pura X, which will be subtitled “Max”. The design of the new device has already been revealed.
Huawei itself has unveiled the Pura X Max design in online promotional material. The Pura X Max’s design is based on the original Pura X, but the camera module is identical to the one seen in early CAD models of the foldable iPhone.
The launch will take place on April 20th, with the “Pura X Max” displayed alongside the “Pura 90 Pro” and “Pura 90 Pro Max.”
