KIDOO – a toy store brand created by Ali Asaad
A contemporary toy store brand designed for a new generation of children in Iraq, where play is no longer just entertainment - but a form of expression.
In a market saturated with noisy, chaotic images and repetitive identities, KIDOO presents a clean, emotionally engaging, and modern design language that reflects movement, curiosity, and joy. The brand was created to combine playful energy and structured visual clarity, creating a unique balance that appeals to both children and parents.

The identity is based on a dynamic typographic system, where letterforms are not static – they move, interact, and express personality. The logo transforms the brand name into a living visual element, with subtle signs of movement and friendly geometry conveying the essence of play.

The color palette is bright yet controlled, ensuring a strong visual impact without overwhelming the viewer. Soft contrasts and playful tones create a cozy atmosphere while maintaining a professional and adaptable identity system that is suitable for both physical and digital environments.

KIDOO’s visual framework spans packaging, in-store experience, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency while providing flexibility for future growth. Every element – from layout structure to iconography – has been carefully crafted to drive storytelling, engagement, and memorability.
This project reflects the shift in toy brand communication in emerging markets like Iraq – moving from noise to clarity, from randomness to intention, and from products to experiences.

KIDOO is not just a toy store. It is a visual language of play.
