“Kokkili” means elephant – a symbol of quiet strength, stability, and wisdom. This meaning became our guide in creating the tea and its world. We wanted to create something rich and refreshing, yet gentle and balanced, a strength that supported, not overwhelmed.
The elephant on a basket carrying tea leaves reflects this idea. It symbolizes patience, care, and calm self-confidence – values that are closely related to how tea should be served.
Tea is never in a rush for us. It is a slow, deliberate ritual. As the leaves steep, warmth, depth, and comfort gradually unfold. This idea of “slow becoming” is the basis of Kokkili.
The muted color palette and visual language are designed to quietly replicate this feeling, warmth, aroma, depth, and tranquility of nature, so the experience begins even before the first sip.
