Millet Matters was born from a vision to reintroduce India’s ancient grain in a form that is relevant to modern life. The founders wanted 100% millet-based food to be accessible, delicious and inspiring, fusing traditional nutrition with a modern lifestyle. The Studio Six F undertook this brand renewal.

The millet category was still in its infancy and was often considered too rustic or too health-oriented to appeal to the wider market. Most brands found compromises by mixing millet with other grains or preservatives. The challenge was to create a distinctive identity and packaging system that would look fresh and premium, while remaining authentic.

The Millet Matters packaging was designed around the explorer archetype, reflecting curiosity, adventure and conscious living. The visual language combines a vibrant colour palette, modern typography and the signature millet-inspired ‘m’ symbol to express purity and progress.
The packaging system was designed to stand out on the shelf with strong hierarchy, bold product illustrations and an accessible design language, making healthy choices look fun and easy. From strategy to execution, every touchpoint reinforces the idea of discovery and nourishment.
