Motorola has officially confirmed that the Edge 70 Pro will be unveiled in India on April 22, 2026. Ahead of the launch, a product page for the smartphone appeared on Flipkart, featuring a number of technical specifications.

According to Flipkart, the Edge 70 Pro features a 6.8-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution, a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, and a maximum brightness of 5200 nits. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. The phone also boasts IP69 protection and MIL-STD-810H certification.
The smartphone will be powered by the Dimensity 8500 Extreme chip with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM (in the maximum version). It features a 6,500mAh battery with 90W charging support and comes with Android 16 and Hello UX.
It’s also noted that the Edge 70 Pro will be updated up to and including Android 19, and will receive security patches for two years after that. Details about the cameras are scarce, except for the main one: it will be a 50-megapixel LYT-710 sensor from Sony.
There will be three colors: white with a marble texture, green, and blue with a fabric covering. There is no price information.
