‘Nubbi’ sofa brings calm with its chameleon-like modularity
The brand focuses on freedom and joy, transforming every space into a sanctuary.
Debuting at this year’s Salone del Mobile, the Nubbi sofa by Spanish company OGO Furniture embodies the essence of cloud-like weightlessness, featuring a new, magnetic cover. It features organic, cloud-like modular volumes that reflect the current trend for sensual luxury, prioritizing weightless comfort and a relaxing aesthetic. The sofa invites users to disconnect and fully immerse themselves in an experience of peace and relaxation.

In designing the sofa, the brand aims to create a chameleon-like modular ecosystem that changes according to space and needs. It is inspired by the flexible, changing shapes found in nature, while moving away from the rigid, closed environment of the interior. Nubbi embodies an adaptive philosophy, using a flexible modular system that can change into straight, curved, or circular configurations, naturally adapting to any space and multiplying its possibilities of use.

When asked about the brand’s design philosophy, OGO tells, “Our creative journey is defined by our island roots, manifesting in organic shapes and colors that reflect the sea and the sun, yet it is balanced by a nomadic versatility that allows our pieces to adapt seamlessly to interiors, outdoor spaces, and even water.”
Each piece is designed to evoke the calm, peaceful character of the Mediterranean, reflecting the brand’s island roots. The exhibition introduces a new hue – a color that evokes the expanse of the ocean while conveying a state of tranquility.
