Samsung plans to release ‘Galaxy Ring 2’ early next year
The "smart" ring will become more convenient and autonomous.
ETNews insiders, citing industry sources, write that the Galaxy Ring 2, a “smart” ring from Samsung, is planned for release in early 2027.
Journalists report that the company is focusing on the device’s usability. For example, the Galaxy Ring 2 will have a longer battery life, 9-10 days versus one week for the first iteration. They plan to make the device thinner and better distribute its weight across the entire surface, making it more comfortable to wear.
In late 2025, media reports indicated that Samsung was not planning to release new Galaxy Rings anytime soon.
