Starbucks is aiming to please coffee and music lovers at the same time by re-introducing its famous Unicorn Frappuccino. But there’s a catch. The drink will only be available at Coachella and for a few hours each day of the festival. So if you’re not already heading to Coachella to try this bright drink, you might have to change your plans.

Starbucks will join the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2026 as the festival’s official coffee, tea, and soft drink sponsor, bringing its signature coffee experience to one of the most anticipated cultural moments of the year.
On both weekends of the festival (April 10-12 and April 17-19), Starbucks will offer spaces for festival-goers to recharge, socialize, and enjoy handcrafted beverages and music – the first-ever Starbucks experience at the festival.
Erin Silvoy, senior vice president of global marketing at Starbucks, says in the press release, “Music has always been a powerful connector at Starbucks, and Coachella brings people together through music, creativity, and self-expression. We’re excited to make our Coachella debut in a way that feels authentic to who we are, creating welcoming spaces where people can pause, connect, and enjoy great coffee while being part of the music that brings everyone together.”
In addition to the returning unicorn, the cafe will offer a rotating lineup of complimentary beverages, including Starbucks Cold Brew, Iced Matcha Latte, and Strawberry Acai Refresher. So if you’re attending Coachella this year, be sure to try this legendary drink, because a third chance at it might be as rare as seeing a real unicorn.
